摘要
摩擦学表面现象的研究,主要是对表面形貌和表面或界面的组成与化学状态的分析。为了从原子或分子水平研究摩擦学的本质,一些实验室建立起了不同种类的摩擦表面原柱分析试验装置。本文作者评述了这些装置,包括最近在兰州化学物理研究所建立的多功能表面分析摩擦试验装置。同时,介绍了一些由这类装置进行的有趣的试验研究。
The sYu'flybf Surface phenomena in tribology has been fqcussed on analyses of the surface topography and the composition, chemical state of the surface or interface.
In order to probe, the nature of tribology at atomic or molecular level, different ;kirirfs of apparatus for in-situ analysis of friction surface were set up in some laboratories. In this paper, we briefly r.eview the apparatus including a multi-functional surface analysis friction testing apparatus developed in Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics recently. Some interesting experimental research with these apparatus are also introduced.
