摘要
[目的]探讨一次性根管充填法治疗隐裂牙伴牙髓炎的临床疗效.[方法]回顾性分析并比较采用一次性根管充填治疗的47颗隐裂牙（治疗组）与采用传统根管充填治疗的50颗隐裂牙（对照组）的临床疗效.[结果]一次性根管充填治疗组治疗期间疼痛反应率17%与传统根管充填治疗组16%比较差异无显著性（P〉0.01）;一次性根管充填治疗组临床疗效成功率97.9%显著高于传统根管充填治疗组84%（P〈0.01）.[结论]在牙隐裂伴牙髓炎的治疗中,一次性根管充填可有效的减少治疗过程中隐裂继续发展的风险,并可提高患牙根管治疗术后全冠修复的远期成功率.
[Objective]To explore the clinical effect of one-time root canal filling for the treatment of cracked teeth with pulpitis. [Methods]The clinical effect between one-time root canal filling（the treatment group, 47 teeth） and tradition root canal filling（the control group, 50 teeth） for the treatment of cracked tooth was analyzed and compared retrospectively. [Results]Durlng the treatment of root canal filling, the pain reaction rate of the treatment group and the control group were 17% and 16%, respectively, but there was no significant difference between two groups（ P 〉0.01）. The success rate of the treatment group was 97.9% which was significantly higher than that of the control group（84%）（ P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion] One-time root canal filling for the treatment of cracked tooth with pulpitis can effectively reduce the risk of the development of hidden crack, and improve the long-term success rate of complete coronal restoration of the diseased teeth after root canal therapy.
