多频生物电阻抗法检测甘露醇脱水患者的体液分布

摘要 目的探索多频生物电阻抗法检测甘露醇脱水患者体液分布情况。方法选择使用20%甘露醇(1 g/kg体重)20 min输注脱水患者36例,未输注甘露醇20例,按性别分为两组,输注甘露醇组应用多频生物电阻抗法分别于输注甘露醇前即刻、输注甘露醇后30、60、90、120、150、180、210、240、270、300 min测定患者细胞外液量(ECW)和细胞内液量(ICW)。结果两组患者静脉输注甘露醇后ECW较输注前有显著下降(P〈0.05)的时间点为输注后120、150和180 min;静脉输注甘露醇后ICW较输注前有显著下降(P〈0.05)的时间点为输注后120 min和150min。结论输注甘露醇后2~3 h可明显降低患者细胞内液和细胞外液量。 Objective To measure the fluid distribution in patients after administration of Mannitol by the whole body bio impedance spectroscopy.Methods A total of 36 patients received Mannitol(1.0 g/kg)20 minutes.Intracellular water(ICW) and extracellular water(ECW) were measured by whole body multi frequency bio impedance spectroscopy.The measurements were made before the administration of Mannitol,at30,60,90,120,150,180,210,240,270,and 300minutes after the termination of the Mannitol infusion.Results The ECW of the patients in two groups were decreased significantly at 120 minutes、150 minutes and 180 minutes after administration of Mannitol;The ICW of the patients in two groups were decreased significantly at 120 minutes and 150 minutes after administration of Mannitol.Conclusions The ECW and ICW of the patients are decreased significantly from 60 minutes to 180 minutes after administration of Mannitol.
