堆垛机金属结构三维变型设计研究与实现 被引量:4

摘要 针对堆垛机金属结构设计现状,提出了面向设计重用的堆垛机金属结构三维变型设计原理。研究了形状特征、零件、部件、产品四种层次的产品变型设计,阐述了设计过程和设计文档两类重用设计方式。分析企业已有产品设计实例,利用Visual Basic6.0、Access2003、SolidWorks2010开发设计工具,开发了堆垛机金属结构的产品设计平台,可以实现堆垛机金属结构的系列产品三维变型设计;经企业设计使用,提高了设计效率三倍。 According to the design actuality of metallic structure in stacking crane,this paper proposed a three dimensional variant design scheme for design reuse.The four levels variant design including feature,component,assembly,and product was issued.Two kinds of resue design including design process and design document also were introduced.A product design platform has been developed based on product design cases with the help of these develop tools such as Visual Basic6.0、Access2003、SolidWorks2010.It is able to shorten the time about three times for achieving the 3D variant design model of metallic structure in stacking crane,which has been carried out successfully in a machinery company.
