摘要
建立2,4-二硝基苯肼柱前衍生,高效液相色谱法测定油性涂料中甲醛含量的方法。前处理采用四氢呋喃直接溶解涂料,过滤,取适量滤液与2,4-二硝基苯肼衍生后进行液相分析。选用Kromasil 100-5 C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm i.d,5μm),乙腈-水(65:35,V/V)为流动相,利用二极管阵列检测器,检测波长355 nm。该方法具有很好的重现性和线性关系,在0.05~5 mg.L-1浓度范围内,相关系数均达到0.995以上,加标回收率为96.2%~103.5%,相对标准偏差小于1.5%。该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高。
A reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) method was developed for determination of formaldehyde in oily paint.The samples were dissolved by tetrahydrofuran,filtered and derivatived with 2,4-DNPH.Kromasil 100-5 C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm i.d,5 μm) was used,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitril-water(65:35,V/V),the UV detector was set at 355 nm.The coefficients were above 0.995 at the range of 0.05~5 mg/L.The recovery was 96.2%~103.5% and RSD was less than 1.5%.This method was simple,rapid and sensitive.
