摘要
青光眼是位列全球第二的致盲性眼病。青光眼滤过性手术是针对药物控制眼压效果不佳的青光眼患者的主要治疗手段。理想的功能性滤过泡是滤过性手术成功的重要标志,为维持滤过泡的功能,术后对滤过泡的早期养护及对功能障碍性滤过泡的修复极其重要。现就手术建立功能性滤过泡后,对术后滤过泡的早期养护及对功能障碍性滤过泡的修复进行阐述。
Glaucoma is the second most common cause of irreversible blindness in the world.Glaucoma filtration surgery is the main treatment for glaucoma patients with intraocular pressure poorly controlled by drugs.Ideal functional filtering bleb is an important sign of success of the glaucoma filtration surgery.It is important to preserve the filtering bleb’s function by maintaining earlier filtering bleb and repairing dysfunctional filtering bleb.This review focuses on the maintenance of earlier filtering bleb and the repair of malfunction filtering bleb which is effective after glaucoma filtration surgery.
