摘要
明清时期,天津作为盐业生产、流通的重镇,私盐问题颇为严重。其原因是多方面的,既有普遍因素,也有地方特殊因素。天津的私盐现象不仅影响了政府的财政收入,而且形成一系列社会问题,然而在客观上,其对天津城市的发展、经济的繁荣具有一定积极作用。
During the Ming and Qing dynasties, Tianjin was an important city of salt production and circulation, the illegal salt of Tianjin was a severe problem and its reasons were various, both common factors and special local ones. The illegal salt phenomenon did not only hurt the financial income and formed a series of social problems, however, objectively, it had certain positive role to Tianjin＇s urban development and economic prosperity.
