摘要
采用维纶伴纺技术纺制的3.88 tex维棉混纺单纱,维纶和棉的比例为1:1,3根同向合股后退掉维纶,得到1.94 tex×3纯棉股线,股线经过漂白和染色后用单纱浆纱机进行上浆。通过对不同合股捻度色股线浆纱前后的强伸性、毛羽以及耐磨性能进行对比测试,并对在相同上浆工艺下浆过的两种合股捻度的色股线分别进行小样试织,从而对股线的上浆性能做出评估,结果表明所选用的浆料和浆纱工艺可以有效提高1.94 tex×3纯棉股线的可织性。
A 3.88tex PVA-cotton blended yarn was produced by the new technology-spinning with PVA, the ratio of PVA and cotton is 1 : 1. After three yarns twist on and removing the PVA, a 1.94tex × 3 pure cotton plied threads was obtained. Then the plied threads were sized by single yarn sizing machine after bleaching and dyeing. The strength, elongation, hairiness, abrasion resistance of the threads with different twists and colors were tested before and after sizing. The sample weaving was processed to evaluate the sizing properties of the threads. Results show that the size used and the sizing process can improve the weavability of 1.94rex× 3 pure cotton plied threads efficiently.
