摘要
公共实训基地是培养产业发展急需的高技能人才而设立的政府公益性服务平台,为培养高技能人才提供实训条件,集技能培训、技能鉴定和职业技术教育指导服务于一体,并对产业升级、技术开发起到引领作用,资源实行共享,采取开放式模式。以建筑专业群公共实训基地建设思路为切入点,从实训基地的建设原则及建设模式进行分析,对公共实训基地的建设运行及管理具有一定的现实意义。
Public training base is the public service platform built by government for training highly skilled talents needed in industry. Also, it could supply practicing establishment setting training of technical skills, skills identification and vocational guidance in one for teachers and students to share resources through an open mode. It also leads to the upgrade of industry, technology development. In this article, the idea on how to build the base is considered, and the construction principles and mode are analyzed. It has significance for the construction, operation and management of the public training base.
