摘要
介绍采用国产超磁致伸缩材料研制的新型驱动器的结构、工作原理、理论分析及静、动态特性实验结果。实验表明,该驱动器具有较大的静态位移、力输出和满意的动态特性,频宽可达1500Hz。
The structure and theoretical analysis of a kind of magnetostrictive transducer applied with giant magnetostrictive material homemade were investigated The experimental results show that the static outputs of displacement and force are rather high and the bandwidth of the transducer is up to 1500Hz
