摘要
大跨径桥梁桥面沥青铺装材料的性能对行车舒适性及桥梁耐久性有重要影响,通过大量试验,分析国内外常用桥面铺装材料(双层SMA、浇筑式+SMA、美国环氧沥青混凝土)组合结构的低温变形能力、抗车辙能力、抗滑能力、抗渗能力和疲劳能力。试验结果表明,组合结构的抗渗能力和弯曲变形能力以浇筑式+SMA最佳,弯拉强度和抗车辙能力以美国环氧沥青混凝土最佳,SMA13的抗滑能力要优于环氧沥青混凝土。
The performance of asphalt paving materials for large-span bridge decks has important influences on driving comfort and durability of bridge.This paper through a great number of tests analyzes low-temperature deformability,rutting resistance,sliding resistance,impermeability and fatigue resistance of combined structures by deck paving materials(double-layer SMA,cast +SMA and USA epoxy asphalt concrete) commonly used at home and abroad.The test results show that the cast +SMA is optimal for impermeability and bending deformability of combined structures,the USA epoxy asphalt concrete is optimal for tensile strength and rutting resistance,and the sliding resistance of SMA13 is better than that of epoxy asphalt concrete.
