摘要
汉代女性在婚姻生活中拥有自主权,无论是自主择偶、离婚还是再嫁,都意味着汉代女性并未完全沦为男子的附庸,还能保持相对独立的人格。但男尊女卑的封建社会女性受压迫、受歧视依然严重。汉代女性群体的社会地位在社会历史印痕中受制于其在社会结构中的状况。
Women in Han Dynasty had ownership in marriage,whether in self-spouseing,getting divorced or in remarrying,women maintained a relatively independent personality and had not wholly become the vassal of men.However in the feudal society with male superiority,the oppression and discrimination against women remained serious.The social status of female groups in Han Dynasty were subjected to their status in the social structure.
