摘要
分析了原油储罐热油循环加热方式的工艺特点,以能耗费用最小为目标建立了热油循环方案的优化数学模型。该模型属于非线性混合变量优化设计问题。根据模型的结构特点,采用分层优化策略进行求解。对大庆油田南三油库的热油循环工艺方案进行了优化。与优化前相比,系统耗电量降低16.4%,耗气量降低31.7%,总能耗费用节约28.9%。对储油罐在不同运行状态下的加热方案进行了优化,结果表明在热油循环加热方式下,储油罐在高液位,低温条件下运行更经济。
The technological trait of the hot oiling of crude oil tank is analysed,and the mathematic model of hot oiling process optimization is established,in which the minimal energy consumption cost is taken as the objective.The mathematic model belongs to the nonlinear mixed-discrete variable optimization problem.According to the structure characteristics of the model,the hierarchic optimization strategy is adopted.The hot oiling process program of Nansan tank in Daqing oil field is optimised.Compare to the program before optimization,the power consumption reduces 16.4 percent,the gas consumption reduces 31.7 percent,and the total energy consumption cost reduces 28.9 percent.The heating program of oil tank in different state is optimized,the result of which indicated that under the heating type of hot oiling,the high level and low temperature state of crude oil tank is more economical.
