摘要
目的观察X线空气与彩超注水肠套叠整复术对免疫功能的影响。方法选择2008年1月～2010年1月，我院肠套叠患儿160例。其中X线下空气灌肠整复和彩超下水压灌肠整复各80例，分别于术后当天、1周、4周监测血清IgA，IgG，IgM及C3，C4含量变化。结果X线空气灌肠整复肠套叠患儿1周后血清免疫球蛋白及补体C3，C4含量明显变化。结论彩超注水肠套叠整复术对患儿免疫功能的影响更小，更具优越性，从而为今后普及彩超注水肠套叠整复术提供理论依据。
Objective To investigate the influenee of air enema under X-ray and allusion under ultrasonog- raphy on immune function of children with intussusception. Methods The clinical data of 160 children in our hospital who underwent intussusception diorthosis were analyzed from January 2008 to January 2010. Air enema under X-ray was used in 80 children,and allusion under uhrasonography was in 80 children. The serum level of IgA, IgG, IgM and complement C3 , Ca was detected after the diorthosis anti 1,4 weeks later. Results The change of level of IgA, IgG, IgM and complement C3 ,C4 in patients underwent air enema after 1 week was obvious. Conclusions The influence on immune function was less by allusion under ultrasonography than by air enema under X-ray. The former method was superior.
