直肠间质瘤伴直肠癌
摘要
患者男，59岁，排便频率增加1个月．偶排血便。体格检查心、肺未见异常。全腹软，无明显压痛、反跳痛，未扪及包块．肠鸣音正常。直肠指检：距肛缘3cm处膝胸位3至7点位置可触及一圆形肿物，
