摘要
针对国内铁塔联接板生产仍采用手工操作,工人劳动强度大,安全事故多等缺点,对加工铁塔联接板的冲床进行了数控改造。整个设计共分3 个部分:机械部分、电气部分和软件部分,从而实现了铁塔联接板的加工自动化,提高了生产率和产品质量。
Since steel tower cross pieces are produced domestically by manual operation, it is of labor intensity and causing a lot of failures. The numerical controlled pun ching machine for steel tower cross pieces, which includes mainly three parts,i.e. mechanical, electrical and software part has promoted labor productivity and product quality.
