摘要
介绍了型材冷弯机的液压系统工作原理,利用MATLAB/SimHydraulics工具箱内液压元器件模型,对冷弯机液压系统主回路进行了实物仿真研究,得出主缸受力、活塞杆速度和位移响应曲线、油液流量变化等性能曲线。结果表明SimHydraulics在冷弯机液压回路研究中具有可行性,为其他液压系统回路仿真研究提供了一种参考。
Describe the profile bending machine with a hydraulic system works,using MATLAB/SimHydraulies Toolbox components within the hydraulic model to make a simulation study of the main circuit bending machine hydraulic system,which obtains master cylinder's force,push rod speed and displacement response curve and the oil changing flow rate performance curve.The results show that the SimHydraulics on the bending machine hydraulic circuit simulation is feasible and will provide a reference for the other hydraulic system circuit simulation.
