摘要
在我国大规模建设基础设施的情况下,基于REITs模式的基础设施信托基金可充分利用社会闲置资金来弥补基础设施建设的资金缺口。构建基础设施信托基金的运营模式,并以收费公路为例对其应用可行性进行分析。
Under the circumstance of massive infrastructure development in China,the trust fund according to the principle of REITs can be used to deal with the deficiency of money in the process.This paper constructs the operating system of such a trust fund and analyzes the feasibility taking toll road as an example.
