摘要
以知识服务理论为指导,以服务河北省卫生工作大局为目的,基于现有的人力资源、信息资源、网络结构资源,整合并引进多种数据库系统,初步建立一个集服务卫生行政管理、医疗卫生机构以及卫生专业技术人员于一体的河北省医学知识服务平台。介绍平台建设项目实施的目的、必要性、内容和意义等。
Under the guidance of knowledge serving theory,with the aim of serving the overall situation of health work in Hebei province, based on the existing human resources,information resources and network structure resources,the paper initially establishes a medical knowledge service platform in Hebei province,setting serving health administration management,medical and health institutions and health professional technical staffs as one platform,introduces the aim,necessity,contents and significance of platform construction project implementation.
