摘要
我国公司法明确规定公司应当承担社会责任后,人们对企业承担社会责任的期望日益增强,企业自身的社会责任意识也逐渐得到提高,尤其是对于国有企业承担社会责任,人们有着更高的期望。从国有企业社会责任内涵出发,分析国有企业社会责任的现状及问题,从法律视角提出国有企业承担社会责任的几点建议与对策。
Our Company Law clearly stipulates that company should take social responsibility.Therefore,people＇s expectation for enterprises＇ taking social responsibility is increasing.The enterprises＇ own consciousness of social responsibility is gradually improved.Especially,people have higher expectation for the state-owned enterprises＇ taking social responsibility.Starting from the connotation of the state-owned enterprises＇ social responsibility,this paper analyses the status quo and problems of the state-owned enterprises＇ social responsibility and puts forward some several suggestions and countermeasures for the state-owned enterprises＇ social responsibility from the legal perspective.
