摘要
在高校档案社会化服务的各个环节中,社会化服务制度的完善尤其重要。通过问卷调查发现,高校档案社会化服务制度方面存在诸多问题,完善高校档案社会化服务制度可以从简化档案利用手续、有偿服务与无偿服务并举、将社会化服务工作纳入档案业绩考核、正确处理保密与档案利用关系等方面来实施。
While servicing the society,the socialization service system of university archive administration is particularly important.Based upon a professional questionnaire,this paper makes an analysis on the existing problems in it and found out that this system may be realized by simplifying the application formalities,opening up the user-friendly channel,combining free and charging services and properly dealing with the relationship between archival privacy and its use.
