摘要
目的:研究高频电刀术中烟雾致遗传毒性作用,为进一步评价高频电刀术中烟雾对健康的危害提供依据。方法:采用 S O S/umu 试验对高频电刀术中烟雾的遗传毒性进行研究。结果:在加与不加 S9 活化系统的条件下,高频电刀术中烟雾提取物可使 T A1535/ P S K1002 菌株产生β 半乳糖苷酶的量增加,并有明显的剂量—反应关系。结论:高频电刀术中烟雾具有致遗传毒性作用。
Objective:The experiment was designed to study the genotoxicity of fume by electro?surgical units. Method: The genotoxicity of fume by electro?surgical units in the SOS/umu test was used. Result:The fume by electro?surgical in test caused an increased β galactosi?dase SOS by TA1535/PSK1002 strain and showed an obvious dose?response relationship.Conclusion:The genotoxicity of the fume by electro?surgical units during operation was proved in the experiment.
