摘要
以山东滕州郭庄煤矿产的无烟煤为原料,采用碱溶-酸析法提取腐殖酸.考察空气氧化、硝酸氧化、超声波、超声波-硝酸联合4种预处理方法对腐殖酸提取率的影响,以及不同抽提剂对腐殖酸提取率的影响.实验结果表明:提取煤中腐殖酸的最佳实验室工艺条件是煤样与硝酸的固液比为1∶3,硝酸浓度为2 mol/L,硝化时间为90 min,超声波预处理时间80 min,采用NaOH做抽提剂,抽提时间80 min,最大抽提率可达28.76%.
Research is made of the extraction of secondary humic acid from anthracite of Guo Coal Mine in Shandong Tengzhou.Four pretreatments including air oxidation pretreatment,nitric acid oxidation pretreatment,ultrasonic pretreatment and ultrasonic-nitric acid pretreatment are used to increase the rate of humic acid extraction.Different solvents and pretreatment methods affecting the rate of humic acid extraction are discussed.The best process parameters of humic acid extraction are obtained.The results show that the solid-liquid ratio between coal sample and nitric acid is 1∶3,nitric acid concentration is 2 mol/L,nitrification time is 90 min,and ultrasonic pretreatment time is 80 min;using NaOH as extraction agent,extraction time is 80 min,and maximum extraction rate goes up to 28.76 %.
