摘要
对砂浆-骨料复合试件进行了劈裂试验和三点弯曲试验,基于试验结果和改进的J积分计算方法,提出了砂浆-骨料界面的拉伸软化曲线模型及其表达式。分析结果表明:砂浆基体的特性和粗骨料表面的粗糙度对砂浆-骨料界面的力学性能具有重要影响;界面断裂能随着砂浆基体强度的提高和骨料表面粗糙度的提高而提高;基体为普通强度砂浆的试件断裂多发生在界面附近的砂浆粘结层上;基体为高强度砂浆的试件断裂多发生在砂浆粘结层和砂浆-骨料接合处的粘结层上。
Splitting tests and three point bending tests of mortar-aggregate composite specimens were carried out.Based on the test results and modified J-integral calculation method,tension softening curve model and its expression of mortar-aggregate interface were proposed.Analysis results indicate that the mortar matrix property and the roughness of aggregate interface have important effect on the mechanical properties of interface.The fracture energy of interface increases with the increasing of mortar matrix strength and aggregate surface roughness.The fracture interfaces of normal strength mortar specimens appear on the mortar joint interface,and the fracture interfaces of high strength mortar specimens appear on the mortar joint interface and mortar-aggregate interface.
