摘要
为了降低叶片泵的振动冲击和噪声,以双作用叶片泵的泵体和轴作为研究对象,采用有限元的方法和ANSYS软件,对泵体和轴进行模态分析,分析了泵体和轴的固有频率,及其对噪声的影响。最后,对泵体和轴进行优化处理,并分析了改进的合理性。通过优化处理,可以明显降低振动引起的噪声。
In order to reduce the vibration impact and noise of of the vane pump,this article takes the pump body of double-acting vane pump as an object of study.This article makes a pump body and shaft model analysis by using finite element method and ANSYS software.The natural frequency of pump body and can be analysed and the impact of pump body for noise can be dealt with by model analysis.Finally,this article carries on optimized processing to the pump body and the shaft,and has analyzed the improvement rationality.By optimization,the noise caused by vibration can be significantly reduced.
