摘要
目的 探讨镁离子(Mg2+ )对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 用线栓法建立脑缺血再灌注模型,观察Mg2+ 对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及对肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)和细胞粘附分子(ICAM)表达的影响。结果 Mg2+ 治疗组和脑缺血再灌注组TNF和ICAM 表达较对照组明显增加,神经功能缺陷评分下降,但Mg2+ 治疗组和脑缺血再灌注组之间TNF和ICAM 表达无显著差异。结论 Mg2+ 对脑缺血再灌注损伤具有保护作用,但不影响TNF和ICAM 的表达。
Objective To explore the protective effect of magnesium ion(Mg 2+ ) on cerebral ischemic reperfusive injury.Methods Using thread embolism method to develop the model of cerebral ischemic reperfusion in rat, we observed Mg 2+ protective effect on cerebral ischemic reperfusive injury and the influence on the expression of tumor necrosis factor(TNF) and intracellular adhesion molecular(ICAM).Results The expressions of TNF and ICAM in Mg 2+ therapeutic group and the cerebral ischemic reperfusive group were higher significantly than those of the control, the neurological functional deficit scales were low, but there was no significant difference between Mg 2+ therapeutic group and the cerebral ischemic reperfusive group.Conclusion Mg 2+ had protective effect on cerebral ischemic reperfusive injury, but it did not influence the expression of TNF and ICAM.
