摘要
目的了解消化系统肿瘤患者癌因性疲乏症状的感受,进一步从患者角度全面了解疲乏症状,为消化系统肿瘤患者癌因性疲乏症状的管理提供研究基础。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法对15例消化系统肿瘤癌因性疲乏患者进行半结构式访谈,并运用现象学分析法进行资料分析。结果采用Colaizzi内容分析法分析出4个主题:癌因性疲乏症状普遍存在;患者疲乏时常伴有其他疲乏相关症状;疲乏对患者的情绪以及日常活动、工作等产生不同程度的影响;患者希望在治疗过程中注重疲乏症状的控制。结论癌因性疲乏症状是主观的、多维度的,疲乏发生时常伴有其他症状,医护人员要全面评估患者疲乏及疲乏相关症状,制定出针对性的护理干预措施。
Objective To understand the feeling of cancer-related fatigue of patient with digestive system cancer and study the symptoms of fatigue comprehensively so as to provide basis for the management of cancer-related fatigue.Methods Semi-structured interview was conducted among 15 patients with digestive system cancer with phenomenological research approach,which was applied in the data analysis as well.Results Four topics were obtained with Colaizzi Content Analysis： prevalence of cancer-related fatigue,other symptoms accompanying with fatigue,influence of fatigue on patients＇ emotion,daily activities and working,importance attached to control of fatigue.Conclusion Cancer-related fatigue is subjective and multi-dimensional which is always accompanied with other symptoms.Medical staff should evaluate the fatigue and related symptoms comprehensively and take corresponding nursing invention measures.
