摘要
目的探讨淋巴细胞免疫治疗对反复自然流产患者的临床疗效。方法选择封闭抗体缺乏的反复自然流产患者102例,其中72例用配偶淋巴细胞皮内注射法进行免疫治疗(试验组),30例未采取任何措施(对照组)。结果试验组妊娠成功率为65.3%,对照组为26.7%,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论淋巴细胞免疫治疗反复自然流产是有效、安全的。
Objective To investigate the effect of lymphocyte from husband for treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion（RSA）.Methods The patients with RSA were divided into two groups,one group of active immunization with lymphocytes,another group with no therapy（control group）,the efficacy and pregnancy outcome were observed.Results The rate of pregnancy was 65.3% in the research group and was 26.7% in the control group.There was a significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Lymphocyte active immunization for the RSA has a significant clinical effect and safe treatment.
