阿托伐他汀对高血压肾病蛋白尿和肾功能不全的疗效观察 被引量：8

摘要 目的研究阿托伐他汀对血压控制正常的高血压肾病患者尿蛋白,肾功能的影响。方法 56例血压控制正常的高血肾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组予以阿托伐他汀10mg/d,对照组予以安慰剂,观察6个月后,两组血脂（TG、TC）、肾功能（肌酐（Cr）,尿酸（Ua）尿素氮（BUN））、24h尿蛋白（U-Pro）变化。结果治疗6月后,观察组的TC、TG、U-Pro,BUN较对照组均显著降低（P〈0.05）。结论阿托伐他汀对高血压肾病患者蛋白尿及轻度慢性肾功能不全具有一定治疗作用。
