摘要
目的:探讨应用腹腔镜穿刺鞘卡行胸腔闭式引流术在创伤性气胸早期治疗中的方法和价值。方法:回顾分析经腹腔镜穿刺鞘卡行胸腔闭式引流术22例创伤性气胸患者的临床资料。结果:全组病人均在5分钟内完成胸腔闭式引流术,症状明显缓解,均治愈出院。结论:急诊早期应用腹腔镜穿刺鞘卡治疗创伤性气胸,可快速完成胸腔闭式引流术,缓解患者症状,提高救治成功率,是一种微创,省时,操作简单、有效的方法,值得临床推广。
Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and value of early treatment by laparoscopic trocar for closed thoracic drainage on the traumatic pneumothorax patients.Methods：To analyze retrospectively the clinical data of 22 traumaticpneumothorax patients early treated by laparoscopic troear for closed thoracic drainage.Results：All closed thoracic drainage operation had been finished in no more than 5 minutes,and the symptoms were distinct improved.All patients were cured in final.Conclusion：Early application of laparoscopic trocar in the emergent treatment of traumatic pneumothorax can be finished rapidly for closed thoracic drainage,which can also improve the successful treatment rate.The method is worth promoting because of its minimally invasive,time-saving,simple,convenient and effective.
