摘要
目的:为临床原发性痛经的治疗探索一种新的思路与方法,并提供实际应用的科学依据。方法:临床随机选取130例原发性痛经的患者,随机分为治疗组100例和对照组30例。治疗组采用疏肝、益肾序贯法组方治疗,对照组采用西药布洛芬缓释胶囊(芬必得)治疗,连续治疗三个月经周期,比较治疗前后症状。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.0%;对照组总有效率为76.6%。结论:疏肝、益肾序贯法治疗原发性痛经临床疗效显著,明显改善临床症状;未发现明显毒副作用,临床应用安全可靠。
Objective：To explore a new idea and method for the clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea,and to provide scientific basis for practical application.Methods：Selected 130 patients clinical patients with primary dysmenorrhea,Randomly,100 patients were divided into treatment group and control group of 30 patients.Treatment group were treated by Shugan yishen sequential and control group treated by Western medicine Fenbid,after three months of continuous treatments,compared two groups＇ symptoms before and after treatment.Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.0%;the control groups was 76.6%.Conclusion：The clinical effect is significant by Shugan yishen sequential to treat primary dysmenorrhea,It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms;There is no obvious side effects, Its clinical application is safe and reliable.
