摘要
目的:探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石(URSL)治疗输尿管结石合并急性肾功能衰竭的疗效及临床价值。方法:对2008年2月～2010年8月我院泌尿科收治的32例输尿管结石梗阻合并急性肾功能衰竭的患者行输尿管镜气压弹道碎石取石治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:29例采用输尿管镜碎石取石成功,2例输尿管结石上段部分碎后进入肾盂。1例输尿管中段结石进镜失败中转开放手术。术中梗阻均解除,无严重并发症。术后32例患者肾功能均恢复正常。结论:输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石并急性肾衰具有创伤小,效力高等特点,是目前治疗输尿管结石合并肾衰竭的一种较为理想的治疗方法,值得推广。
Objective： To investigate the effects and clinical value of ureteroscopic lithotripsy on ureteral calculi associated with acute renal failure patients.Methods： From February 2008 to August 2010,thirty-two patients who with ureteral calculi associated with acute renal failure were treated in our hospital,did a retrospectively analysis for the clinical date.Results： Twenty-nine stones were successfully fragmented,two stones which existed the upper ureter changed into renal pelvis,one case failed and transferd open operation.All the obstructions had been solved,and none serious complication happened,the kidney function of twenty-two patients returned to normal level.Conclusion： Ureteroscopic lithotripsy had the characteristics of little damage,higher effective,could be considered as an ideal treatment method for ureteral calculi associated with acute renal failure patients,worth to promote widely
