摘要
构建以现代农业为基础、先进制造业为主体、现代服务业为支撑的新型沿海产业带是南通在江苏新一轮沿海开发中承担主力军的关键着力点。目前,南通新型沿海产业带建设已具备了一定条件,但还存在诸多制约因素。应加大对新型沿海产业带主体的培育力度,创新园区发展模式和提升港口发展水平,并不断创新体制机制,多层面有效推进南通新型沿海产业带建设。
Construction of the new coastal industrial belt,which consists of the modern agriculture as the basis,advanced manufacturing as the mainstay,modern service industry as the support,is the key focus in Nantong＇s new round coastal development.The article gives the interpretation of the new coastal industrial zone and then analyses the main supporting conditions and major constraints objectively.On this basis,the author discusses the main body of the new training,platform and other issues in-depth,which is associated with the actual process of coastal development,and to achieve the strategic objective of constructing the advanced manufacturing base in the north wing of the Yangtze River Delta,the author makes some pertinent observations and recommendations from the strategic approach and institutional system.
