摘要
近年来,随着我国电力建设的不断加快,国家也加大了对农村电网建设的改革与投入力度。农村电网的输变电改造工程的造价体系强弱,对建设投资的资金利用率和社会效应的城乡一体化都有很到印象,因此,我们要改变以往的传统造价指标模式,提供适应新变化的完善指标体系。
In recent years,with the construction of China＇s power continues to accelerate,the state also increased the reform and input of the rural power grid construction.Rural power grid transformation construction costs system has a big impact on the utilization of capital construction investment and the social effects of urban-rural integration,therefore,we have to change the past traditional cost index model to adapt to new changes and perfect index system.
