摘要
针对经济发达地区快速城市化发展过程中所出现的 “城市里的乡村” 现象， 从问题的提出、产生的不良后果、更新的难点三个方面加以分析， 并重点从规划和实施政策的角度探讨了 “城市里的乡村” 更新改造的可持续发展模式。
The 'village in city' is a special phenomenon exsited in Chinese cities which is analysed in three areas: the problem, the ineffectiveness and the difficulty of renovaation. Simultaneously. the mode of renovation for sustainable development is discussed in the policy point of view of planning and implementation
