摘要
腰椎间盘突出症(LIDP)的手术治疗以开放性手术和微创手术为主。开放性手术暴露充分,适用于某些突出髓核较大或伴有钙化、椎管狭窄者,但创伤大,术后并发症较多。微创手术包括射频消融髓核成形术,经皮椎间盘切吸术等,椎间盘镜(MED)及椎间孔镜(YESS)技术也趋于成熟,该法创伤小,并发症少,适用于大部分LIDP。椎间盘置换术也在逐渐发展。
The operation treatment of the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc（LIDP） is major in open operation and micro injury operation.The open operation could fully expose.It is fit for some bigger outstanding nucleus pulposus or calcification following,spinal stenosis.But trauma is bigger,complications are more.The micro injury operation including radio frequency nucleus pulposus forming operation,per cutem intervertebral discs cut and absorb operation and so on,diskoscope and intervertebral foramina scope technique have trend maturation.These techniques have small trauma and fewer complications.These are fit for more LIDP.The displace operation of intervertebral discs is also developmenting.
