摘要
在0.2mol/LPBS(pH7.0)溶液中于2.0V电位下阳极极化法预活化玻碳电极,采用线性扫描伏安法(LSV)研究了氧化预处理的影响因素及电化学氧化活化玻碳电极(OAGC)的电化学行为和测定尿酸的最佳条件.实验表明,OAGC电极对尿酸(UA)具有很好的吸附性能,在0.2mol/LPBS溶液中(含0.1mol/LKCl,pH6.5),尿酸在该电极上于0.4V处产生一灵敏的氧化峰.LSV测定其氧化峰电流与UA的浓度在2.5×10-6~5.0×10-4mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9957,检出限为2.0×10-6mol/L.
The oxidizing activated glassy carbon electrode(OAGC) was prepared by applying 2.0V of potential for electrolysis of glassy carbon for 600s in pH 7.0 PBS.The effective factors of oxidation activation,the characteristics of the electrode and the optimum detective condition for determination of uric acid(UA) were investigated using Linear Sweeping Voltammetry.A sensitive oxidation peak for UA was observed around 0.4V(vs.SCE) in 0.2 mol/L PBS buffer solution(contain 0.1mol/L KCl,pH 6.5) that was characterized as an adsorption peak.The peak current showed excellent linear relationship with the concentration of UA over the rang from 2.5×10-6 to 5.0×10-4mol/L,with the correlation coefficient of 0.9957 and the detection limit of 2.0×10-6mol/L.
