摘要
近年来城管执法遭遇的困境引起了社会各界的广泛关注。针对城管部门集中执法时无法可依,权责不明确等问题,各地方城管部门也进行了各种改革探索,但探索结果却往往没有取得令人满意的效果。针对上述问题,本文将就公安机关参与城市管理这种新兴城市管理模式的组成人员、权责划分两方面问题进行分析。
In recent years,the plight encountered by urban management and law enforcement has aroused extensive attention.Aim at no legal basis and no clear responsibilities in the law enforcement of urban management department,the local urban management departments have carried out various reforms to explore,but haven＇t achieved satisfactory results.In response to these problems,the paper analyzed the composing personnel and division of responsibilities in the new urban management model that public security organs engage in urban management.
