摘要
虽然国家知识产权质押融资的推广工作如火如荼地进行,但遗憾的是,由于知识产权难以估价,加之相关法律制度的不完备和风险分散机制等配套措施的不健全,知识产权质押融资如履薄冰。因此,就必须从质押融资所涉各方的功能与职责入手,建立多方参与制度,通过各方的协同努力来为知识产权质押融资的"阵痛"开一剂良药。
The popularization of inventory financing of intellectual property right has been well under way in recent years,but it＇s a pity that financial institution always has resist mind towards this financing for estimation is difficult and the supporting measure such as registration is distempered.As a result,it＇s reasonable to remodel the system focusing on multi-participation which start with the duty and function of each party in order to prescribe ＂a good medicine＂ for the ＂labor pains＂ of inventory financing of intellectual property right.
