摘要
目的探讨手术治疗结节性甲状腺肿的临床疗效。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,分析我院收治的结节性甲状腺肿患者临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为观察组和对照组。结果观察组治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组,观察组术后复发、癌变的发生率均明显低于对照组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论甲状腺次全切除术治疗结节性甲状腺肿临床疗效明显,预后良好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To approach clinical curative effect of nodular goiter by operation.Methods To retrospective analyze clinical data of nodular goiter by operation in our hospital,which were divided into detection group and control group.Results The total effective power of detection group was higher than control group,the palindromia after operation、canceration of incidence rate of detection group were lower than control group,P0.05,the difference were statistical significance.Conclusion The clinical curative effect was obviously and eusemia of curing nodular goiter by near total thyroidectomy,which were to be used.
