摘要
在浮选试验中，需要同时测量多个电极电位．研制了具有通讯功能的DW-06型多通道电位仪，用RS－232通讯接口把测量数据送至计算机。在计算机中用VB编制的软件实时采集多通道电位仪的测量数据并记录浮选试验过程中各种操作（例如搅拌、加药、充气和刮泡），通过DDE方式将数据送至EXCEL．通过详细的数据记录可清晰地分析各种操作对电位变化的影响．
The DW-06 Multi-Channel Potential Meter with communication function has beendeveloped for simutaneous measure of several potentils in notation test. The measured dataare transferred to PC through RS-232. An application program for data aequistion is developedby VB. It collects, displays and records the potential values and also the test steps(mixing, agent adding, aeration, scraping foam, etc). It is easy to analyze the influence of every step onpotential change in flotation test.
