摘要
目前,城乡基本公共服务不均等已经成为制约我国经济社会协调发展的瓶颈因素。分析城乡基本公共服务不均等的现状及成因,从体制、机制层面提出政策建议,对于推进基本公共服务均等化、构建和谐社会具有重要的理论及现实指导意义。
The urban and rural non-equalization of basic public services has become the restrictive factor of controlling coordinated development of economy and society.It is of great significance for improving equalization of basic public services and building socialistic harmonious society to present advice from the angles of system and mechanism through observing the present situations and reasons.
