摘要
住院医师规范化培训在儿科专科医师成长历程中发挥重要作用。高质量的儿科住院医师培养需要不断完善的核心制度作为保障。本文围绕招生录取、培训方案、考核管理、人事管理和配套政策等方面展开讨论,勾勒出一套行之有效的儿科住院医师规范化培训核心制度。
Standardized training of residents plays an important role in the growth process of pediatric specialists. Constant improvement of core system is needed to the high--quality pediatric residency training. This paper focuses on admission, training programs, assessment management, personnel management, and supporting policies in such areas as discussed, outlining a set of effective standardized training of pediatric residents, the core system.
