摘要
目的:研究脑栓通颗粒(赤芍、川芎、黄芪、三七、鸡血藤等)的活血化瘀作用。方法:用肾上腺素制造小鼠急性微循环障碍模型,观察脑栓通颗粒对微循环障碍的改善作用;用冰水中游泳和sc注射肾上腺素制造大鼠急性血瘀模型,观察其对血液流变性的影响;采用电刺激法造成大鼠血栓,观察对形成血栓的阻塞率及血栓重量的影响。结果:脑栓通颗粒能加快血流速度,改善血流状态,缓解小鼠的微循环障碍;能降低血液黏度、红细胞聚集指数和缩短红细胞电泳时间,改善血液流变性;能降低形成血栓的阻塞率,显著降低血栓湿重。结论:脑栓通颗粒能改善微循环障碍及血液流变性,能抑制血栓形成,故有活血化瘀作用。
AIM:To study the promoting blood circulation for removing blood stasis effect of Naoshuantong Granule(NSTG)(Paeoniae Radix Rubra,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Astragali Radix,Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma,Spatholobi Caulis,etc).METHODS:Mice models for acute microcirculation disturbance induced by adrenaline were used to observe the improvement of NSTG in microcirculation.Rat model for acute blood stasis induced by winter swimming and scadrenaline were applied to the measurement of hemorheological parameters under the influence of NSTG.Rat thrombosis induced by electric pulse stimulation was used to count for the interference with thrombgenesis and thrombolysis.RESULTS:NTSG could speed up the blood flow rate,improve the blood flow pattern,lower the rate of thrombotic infarct,and markedly decrease the thrombus wet weight.CONCLUSION:The experiment shows that NSTG can improve the microcirculation and hemorheological property and inhibit throm-bogenesis in accordance with "the promoting blood for removing stasis".
