摘要
从村级综合服务站农业推广模式的优势和局限性2个方面,运用规范分析方法,对村级服务站发展模式的利弊进行理论分析,提出完善村级服务站农业推广模式的几点思考:需要建立完善村级服务站的持续投资补贴制度,提高技术人员的专业素质,建立健全村级综合服务站的监督激励机制等。
From the aspects of advantages and limitations,using normative analysis method,this paper analyzed the development mode of the village-neighbourhood service,and put forward several considerations to improve agricultural extension mode of village-neighbourhood service stations.As follows,necessary of establishing and perfecting the continuous investment subsidy system of village service stations,improve professional quality of technical persons,and to set up supervising and inspiring system of village comprehensive service stations,etc.
