摘要
目的:探讨笑气与利多卡因联合应用于无痛人流术的效果与安全性。方法:将200例要求无痛人流术的健康孕妇随机分为观察组(笑气+利多卡因)和对照组(丙泊酚+曲马多),每组100例;观察比较两组术中镇痛效果、宫颈软化度、术中出血量和术后阴道出血时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组镇痛效果、宫颈松弛度以及不良反应发生率与对照组相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但术中出血量和术后阴道流血天数观察组明显少于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:笑气吸入联合利多卡因局部浸润应用于无痛人流术,镇痛效果优越,安全性高,宫颈软化理想,且操作简便,经济实惠,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective： To observe the anesthetic effects of Xiaoqi combining with lidocaine during artificial abortion surgery.Methods： A total of 200 healthy pregnant women that require painless artificial abortion surgery were randomly divided into study group（Xiaoqi combing with lidocaine） and control group（Propofol and tramadol） by half.Analgesic effectss,dilation of cervix,blood loss during the surgery,length of postoperative vaginal bleeding,as well as incidence of adverse effects were observed and compared between the two groups. Results： There were no significant difference in analgesic effects, dilation of cervix, or incidence of adverse effect during the surgery between the two groups. But volume blood loss during the surgery and length of postoperative vaginal bleeding in the study group were significantly less than that in the control group. Conclusion.. Anesthetic effects of combination of Xiaoqi and lidocain is effective and safe in artificial abortion surgery. Being simple and economical, the combination is worth forapplication in clinical work in large scale.
