摘要
目的：探讨治疗肾结石的有效方法。方法：将2007年12月2009年9月将收治的170例泌尿系结石患者经体外冲击波碎石术（ESWL）后,随机分为观察组（90例）、对照组（80例）。两组患者碎石后常规给予止血、消炎、解痉,西药治疗2 d,观察组同时服用自拟排石汤治疗,1月后观察两组疗效。结果：观察组90例,痊愈80例（88.9%）,显效8例（8.9%）,无效2例（2.2%）,总有效率为97.8%。从服药到结石排净,时间最短者1 d,最长者13 d,平均7.3 d达到治愈目的。对照组80例,痊愈56例（70.0%）,显效12例（15.0%）,无效12例（15.0%）,总有效率为85.0%。观察组的治愈率与总有效率明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：ESWL配合中药排石,可以有效提高临床疗效,促进碎石后结石的排净,减少复发且无明显毒副作用。
Objective： To explore the effective treatment for renal lithiaisis.Methods： A total of 170 cases with renal lithiasis,who were treated by combination treatment of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy（ESWL） and traditional Chinese materia medica,and admitted from Dec 2007 to Sep 2009,were selected and randomly divided into observation group（90 cases） and control group（80 cases）.After lithotripsy,they were treated by hemostasis,anti-inflammation and spasmolysis drugs for 2 days,while patients in observation group were also treated with lithagogue decoction.the dfficacy was compared between two groups. Results： Eighty cases in observation group were in cure （88.9%）, 8 cases were effective （8.9%）, and 2 cases were ineffective （2.2%）. The total efficacy was 97.8%. It lasted 1-13 d from administration to totally stone-removing, with the average duration as 7. 3 d. Fifty-six cases in control group were in cure （70.0%）, 12 cases were effective （15.0%）, and 12 eases were ineffective （15.0%）.The total efficacy was 85. 0%. The cure rate and total efficacy were significantly higher in observation group （P〈0.05）. Oonclusions. Combination treatment of ESWL and traditional Chinese materia mediea can promote stone-removing after lithotripsy, and reduce the incidence of relapse. It is free of side-effect and effective, and is worthy of clinical application.
