摘要
目的对岩白菜属植物的化学成分、药理作用、临床应用方面的研究新进展进行综述,为本行业相关研究人员提供参考和借鉴。方法以新近的中外文献为基础,分别就其化学成分、药理作用、临床应用研究方面的新进展进行归纳分析。结果岩白菜属植物的临床应用,由来已久,随着相关研究的不断深入,其化学成分及相关药理活性越来越明了,应用于临床的相关制剂也越来越多。结论由于岩白菜属植物的相关产品的临床应用在不断拓宽,供需矛盾逐渐凸显,而其野生资源又面临枯竭,通过研究其生长规律实现大面积的人工栽培是解决这一矛盾的根本途径。
Aim To provide reference for relative researchers by summarizing the latest research progress in chemical compositions,pharmacological action and clinical applications of extract of genus Bergenia Moench.Methods Based on the recent domestic and foreign literature on genus Bergenia Moench,the latest progress in chemical compositions,pharmacological action and clinical applications are summarized and analyzed.Results Genus Bergenia Moench,as herbs of folk medicine,has been used in clinical application for a long time.With the research into genus Bergenia Moench going further,their chemical constituents and relevant pharmacological activities are getting more and more clear and the relevant preparations for clinical application is becoming more and more.Conclusion Because the clinical application of the extracts of genus Bergenia Moench is being continuously widened,and the imbalance between supply and demand of genus Bergenia Moench is growing,furthermore,the wildlife resources of genus Bergenia Moench are confronted with exhaustion,the realization of large-scale artificial cultivation of genus Bergenia Moench through studying the growth law of genus Bergenia Moench is a basic way to solve the aforesaid contradictions.
