摘要
                
                    以某国产小型液压挖掘机工作装置作为研究对象,用Pro/Engineer建立起了挖掘机的工作装置的三维模型,并进行了模拟装配和有限元模型分析;针对2个种典型的工况位置进行了受力分析,并且利用有限元分析法对处于2个工况条件下的动臂进行了应力和变形分析,得出在2个工况下动臂的应力集中和变形的具体模拟数值和趋势,分析结果为挖掘机物理样机的制造以及新机型设计方案的评估提供了理论基础和有效参考数据.
                
                With regard to the working device of a specificdomestic small-size hydraulic excavator, a 3D model is established using Pro/EngineerTM. Simultaneously, the simulated assembly and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) models are conducted. Upon completion of loading analysis on two typical working positions,the stress and deformation are analyzed on the motional arm via FEA method. Thereafter, the simulated values and trends are obtained in terms of its stress concentration and deformation. Therefore, the analysis results provide the theoretical basis and benchmarking data for the physical excavator prototyping and new design alternative assessment.
