基质金属蛋白酶9及其在心血管疾病中的研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)又称明胶酶B,是基质金属蛋白家族中的一个重要成员,能够降解Ⅳ型胶原等多种细胞外基质成分。MMP-9在生理情况下参与人体的正常发育,病理状态下潜在型MMP-9被激活,通过削减斑块纤维帽参与心室重构。在多种心血管疾病的发生、发展中起重要作用,并且有望成为反映心血管疾病的一种生物标志物,而对MMP-9的调节将是一个可能的治疗靶点。现就MMP-9的基因、蛋白、活性调节、信号转导及其在心血管疾病中的研究进展予以综述。 Matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),also called gelatinase B,is an important member of matrix metalloproteinases family.It can degrade many extracellular matrices,such as collagen IV.MMP-9 participates in human normal growth in physiological condition,but potential MMP-9 will be activated in pathologic status.By corroding the plaque of fibrous cap and participating in ventricular remodelling,MMP-9 also plays an important role in the occurrence and development of many cardiovascular diseases.It suggests that the potential for MMP-9 to be a sensitive marker for the detection of cardiovascular diseases and the regulation of MMP-9 will be a possible therapeutic target.This review summarizes MMP-9 gene,protein,activity modulation,signal transduction,and research progress in cardiovascular diseases.
